I really enjoyed my stay, especially the complimentary coffee in the mornings and the cozy little amenity bar. The hotel also offered some great massage options that helped me relax after a long day. The room was a tad cramped, but that’s pretty common in city hotels, so no biggie! 😊

The smell in the bathroom was absolutely unforgetable, and I can’t believe they don't provide complimentary earplugs for the nerve-wracking noise. A welcome gift woudl ve been nice, but I guess special treatment is only for select guests.

convenient location near metro station, free self-serve amenities on reception floor, proximity to shopping districts
Room sizes are too small for comfort, especially with luggage!!! The elevators serving only the third floor can be quite peculiar and inconvenient!!! Two pillows should be standard for double occupancy, not just one!!!

Room was quiet despite the lively street, but luggage space was tight.

I appreciated the location's proximity to shopping and food.
My stay was marred by the utter chaos outside. It was incredibly noisy at night, thanks to revelers from the nearby clubs. Additionally, the cleanliness of the area surrounding the hotel was disappointing, with trash cluttering up the streets and a general sense of disarray that felt uncharacteristic for Japan.

great location but a bit cramped
The room was perfect for me as a solo traveler and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for visiting nearby attractions and I found it easy to access the metro. The added touch of a cozy amenity bar with complimentary coffee was a nice way to start my mornings.

Amazing property with prime city-center location. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering useful recommendations. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast featuring local Nagoya specialties. The massage service is something everyone should try! !
The pillows were a bit limited, and the elevators always stop at reception, which was slightly inconvenient.

The room was good sized with comfy beds, perfect for lounging after a day out. The bathroom was nice and had all the essentials. I was pleasantly surprised by the free bath salts and facial wash—they really had everything! The view from my window was a bonus. seeing the ferris wheel was such a treat! Just a bit cramped when opening luggage, but that's typical for city hotels in Japan.

Great location and excellent amenities
I really enjoyed my stay with the convenience of a nearby Sakae subway station and a 24-hour Donki shopping mall right next door. The self-serve amenities on the reception floor, including free hot drinks, were a nice touch, especially after long days of exploring. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds, though I did find the room a bit snug for two travelers with luggage. Overall, I felt very at home and would definitely consider coming back!

Great stay with friends! We explored Ghibli Park and the nearby Atsuta Shrine. The hotel had clean rooms and helpful staff. A self-checkout option which was super convenient. Loved having fresh water daily and the option to grab some free tea and coffee—definitely felt taken care of. The location is close to the metro, making it easy to get around the area.
One morning, the cleaner entered a friend's room despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. It was a bit unsettling, but they apologized, and everything else was smooth.
