I really enjoyed my stay, especially the complimentary coffee in the mornings and the cozy little amenity bar. The hotel also offered some great massage options that helped me relax after a long day. The room was a tad cramped, but that’s pretty common in city hotels, so no biggie! 😊

The smell in the bathroom was absolutely unforgetable, and I can’t believe they don't provide complimentary earplugs for the nerve-wracking noise. A welcome gift woudl ve been nice, but I guess special treatment is only for select guests.

Room sizes are too small for comfort, especially with luggage!!! The elevators serving only the third floor can be quite peculiar and inconvenient!!! Two pillows should be standard for double occupancy, not just one!!!

Loved having fresh water daily and the option to grab some free tea and coffee—definitely felt taken care of. The location is close to the metro, making it easy to get around the area.
